What this comparison measures
We compared the lowest currently documented route to a PDF that can be delivered to a client. We counted a free allowance only when the vendor explicitly documented the report and PDF delivery. We kept manual export separate from scheduling and left undocumented workflow details unconfirmed.
Ahrefs’ current Report Builder page says an Ahrefs Free account can create one report per month. Its plan table gives Free and Starter five widgets and no scheduling, and the page says reports can be exported and delivered by email as PDFs. Ahrefs’ pricing page separately confirms that Ahrefs Free remains available at $0.

The unresolved part is product shape, not the listed price. The pricing page does not say that Individual includes a multi-widget client report comparable to Ahrefs Report Builder, and it does not document automatic recipient delivery.
