Team pricing is where AI presentation tool marketing gets least specific. “Collaboration” and “unlimited team members” appear on most of these pricing pages; an actual number of seats appears on exactly half. We read all six vendors’ plans for the one thing that determines what a team pays — how many people a given price covers — and three of them don’t publish it at all.

The Short Answer

  • Pitch — Pitch's free plan covers up to five members in one workspace — every other free plan here assumes a single person.
  • Beautiful.ai — Beautiful.ai is the only tool here that publishes an explicit seat count on a team plan: 2 seats at $40/mo per seat on annual billing.
  • Gamma — Gamma prices every tier at one seat, so team cost is simply multiplied — transparent, but there's no team discount to find.
  • Plus AI — Plus AI describes its Pro and Team plans as unlimited team members without publishing a seat count, so per-person cost isn't something you can calculate.
  • Decktopus — Decktopus publishes no seat count on any plan, which makes it hard to budget for more than one person.
  • MOVO AI — MOVO AI publishes no seat count on either paid plan and no annual rate either, so a team cost can't be calculated from its pricing page at all.

What We Tested

This post is a pricing-page audit, not an export test. For each tool we recorded what the vendor publishes about seats: how many people each plan covers, whether the price is per seat or per workspace, and whether a seat count is stated at all. Where a vendor says “unlimited team members” without a number, we’ve recorded that as unpublished rather than treating it as a seat count, because it isn’t one.

The PPTX export results in the table come from our separate export test, which matters here for a specific reason: a team that can’t export a file is limited to presenting from a link.

Only Free Plan Built for a Team

1. Pitch — Only Free Plan Built for a Team

Pitch is the only tool here whose free tier assumes more than one person. Up to five members share a workspace with unlimited presentations, custom templates, branded sharing links, and two external guests — before anyone pays anything. Every other free plan in this group is built around a single seat.

The constraint arrives at export. Free members can share links and export branded PDF, but PowerPoint export requires the Plus plan at $12/mo ($10 annually). So Pitch’s free tier suits a team that presents from links and never needs to hand over a file — and stops suiting them the moment someone asks for the deck.

Pricing

From $10/mo (annual). Free plan: Up to 5 members, unlimited presentations, 100 one-time AI credits, branded PDF export.

  • Plus — $12/mo, or $10/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Team — $18/mo, or $15/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Business — $24/mo, or $20/mo billed annually · 1 seat

According to Pitch's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-05.

PPTX export Not tested yet — We could not produce a file to test. Attempting to export our standard test deck hit an in-app paywall reading "PowerPoint export is a premium feature" before any PPTX was generated — confirmed firsthand, not from the pricing page. Tested 2026-08-05

Pros

  • The free plan covers up to 5 members, not just one seat

Skip it if

  • PowerPoint export requires a paid plan — confirmed firsthand: the export dialog blocks .pptx behind a premium-plan paywall before generating a file
  • Free AI credits are a one-time grant of 100, not a monthly allowance

Clearest Team Pricing

2. Beautiful.ai — Clearest Team Pricing

Beautiful.ai is the only vendor here that puts an explicit seat count on a team plan: Team covers 2 seats at $50/mo per seat month-to-month, or $40 annually. That sounds unremarkable until you compare it to the others — it’s the only number in this group you can budget against without contacting sales.

Worth noting what that costs relative to its own individual plan: Pro is $14.50/mo per seat on annual billing, so the Team tier is 2.8x the per-seat price. You’re paying for collaboration features, not volume pricing. And there’s no free plan to trial with a team first — only a 14-day trial that requires a card.

Pricing

From $14.50/mo (annual). No free plan.

  • Pro (individual) — $45/mo, or $14.50/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Teams (2-20 seats, per user) — $50/mo, or $40/mo billed annually · 2 seats

According to Beautiful.ai's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-05.

PPTX export Not tested yet — Confirmed firsthand: clicking "Export Slide" opens an upgrade paywall ("Unlock this feature when you upgrade to the Pro plan") before any file is produced — no PPTX to test editability on without paying. This matches what Beautiful.ai's own support docs already say about export being Pro/Team/Enterprise-only; the firsthand attempt confirms the gate is real, not the editability itself. Tested 2026-08-05

Reported elsewhere (not verified by us): Editable — Beautiful.ai's own support documentation describes an editable PowerPoint export on Pro/Team/Enterprise. Common complaints are font substitution and bullets/icons converting to separate shapes, not flattened images. Beautiful.ai Support — "How do I export as an editable PowerPoint?" . We'll replace this the moment we run our own test.

Skip it if

  • There is no free plan — only a 14-day trial that requires a card and bills automatically unless cancelled
  • The advertised $14.50/mo Pro rate requires a full year prepaid; the month-to-month equivalent is $45, a 3.1x gap — the widest of any tool we've priced
  • Export itself is paywalled — confirmed firsthand that even Slide Export triggers an upgrade prompt before producing a file

Per-Seat and Predictable

3. Gamma — Per-Seat and Predictable

Gamma takes the simplest possible approach: every tier is priced at one seat, so a team costs exactly the per-seat rate multiplied by headcount. Five people on Plus is $45/mo annually. There’s no team tier to negotiate and no volume break to look for, which is less generous than it sounds — but it does mean the price is knowable before you commit.

For teams the free plan is the weak point rather than the price: 400 one-time credits and a 10-slide cap per prompt is fine for one person evaluating, not for a team working.

Pricing

From $9/mo (annual). Free plan: 400 credits at signup, up to 10 slides per prompt, PPTX export included.

  • Plus — $12/mo, or $9/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Pro — $25/mo, or $18/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Ultra — $100/mo, or $90/mo billed annually · 1 seat

According to Gamma's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-05.

PPTX export Editable — Tested with our standard 10-slide brief (title, problem/solution, features, growth chart, comparison table, pricing, testimonial, team, CTA). Exported to PPTX and opened in real Microsoft PowerPoint: text boxes, the chart, the comparison table, and the CTA button all remained selectable, editable objects — none flattened into an image. Tested 2026-08-05

Pros

  • PPTX export is available on the free plan, not gated behind a paid tier
  • Free plan starts with 400 credits and needs no credit card
  • Everything we checked stayed editable after export — text, chart, and table alike

Skip it if

  • The free plan caps generation at 10 slides per prompt, so a full deck needs a paid tier

Unlimited Members, Unpublished Seats

4. Plus AI — Unlimited Members, Unpublished Seats

Plus AI’s Pro and Team plans describe “unlimited team members,” which reads generously and tells you nothing you can budget with. There’s no published seat count, so the effective per-person cost depends on how many people you actually add — and on whether that phrasing survives contact with sales.

What Plus AI does offer teams specifically is that everyone stays in PowerPoint or Google Slides. There’s no separate app for people to learn, and no export step where a file can degrade before it reaches a colleague. For a team already standardised on Office, that’s worth more than a seat count.

Pricing

From $10/mo (annual). No free plan.

  • Basic — $15/mo, or $10/mo billed annually · 1 seat
  • Pro — $25/mo, or $20/mo billed annually
  • Team — $40/mo, or $30/mo billed annually

According to Plus AI's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-05.

PPTX export Editable — Tested directly inside PowerPoint using our standard brief. There's no separate export/conversion step to test the way there is for the other tools here — Plus AI generates content using PowerPoint's own native objects from the start, and confirmed testing found everything (text, chart, table) fully editable, as expected from that mechanism. Tested 2026-08-05

Pros

  • Runs inside Google Slides and PowerPoint rather than exporting to them, so there is no export step to lose fidelity in
  • Confirmed editable by our own test — expected given the native mechanism, but verified rather than assumed

  • No free plan — a 7-day trial with 1,000 AI credits, then it bills

No Seat Counts Published

5. Decktopus — No Seat Counts Published

Decktopus publishes no seat count on any plan, including the one it advertises most. That makes it the hardest tool here to evaluate for a team — you can’t work out per-person cost, and you can’t predict what changes when you add someone.

The billing structure compounds it. The $9.99/mo headline requires a full year prepaid; month to month is $24.99. For an individual that’s a 2.5x gap to weigh. For a team it’s a 2.5x gap multiplied by an unknown number of seats.

Pricing

From $9.99/mo (annual). Free plan: Limited AI credits and storage, basic deck creation.

  • Pro — $24.99/mo, or $9.99/mo billed annually

According to Decktopus's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-05.

PPTX export Editable — Tested with our standard 10-slide brief. Exported to PPTX and opened in real Microsoft PowerPoint: slides remained editable objects, not flattened images. This contradicts multiple independent third-party reports we'd previously cited claiming Decktopus's export flattens to a non-editable picture — under our own test conditions, it did not reproduce. Tested 2026-08-05

Pros

  • PPT export is included on the entry paid tier, not held back for business plans
  • Confirmed by our own test — text stayed editable after export, contrary to third-party reports we'd cited

Skip it if

  • The headline $9.99 rate is annual prepay — paying month to month is $24.99, a 2.5x gap
  • Seat counts are not published on any plan

Neither Seats Nor Annual Rate

6. MOVO AI — Neither Seats Nor Annual Rate

MOVO AI is the tool built by the team that runs this site, and on this post’s question it is the least informative of the six. Its pricing page publishes no seat count on either paid plan, so per-person cost isn’t calculable — the same problem as Decktopus and Plus AI’s upper tiers.

It adds a second gap the others don’t have. The pricing page offers an annual billing tab whose rate never loads, so there is no prepaid figure to multiply either. Between the two, a team buying MOVO cannot work out its own cost from published information in either billing period — only that the monthly rate is $19.99 per account, with what that covers left unstated.

Pricing

From $19.99/mo. Free plan: 300 credits auto-refilled monthly, up to 10 slides per generation (Fast mode only), PDF and PNG export capped at 3 uses each and watermarked, PPTX and Figma export blocked.

  • Pro — $19.99/mo
  • Max — $99.99/mo

According to MOVO AI's official pricing page, checked 2026-08-06.

PPTX export Not tested yet — This site is operated by the team that builds MOVO AI, so we do not publish our own pass/fail verdict on our own product's export — a self-issued verdict on the axis we invented would be worth nothing to you. Prices below are read from MOVO's public pricing page exactly as we read every other vendor's, because a published price is checkable by anyone and a self-test is not.

Pros

  • Pro and Max both list unlimited PPTX, Figma, PDF and PNG export with no watermark
  • Each plan publishes a monthly credit allowance (300 / 4,000 / 25,000) and a per-generation slide cap, which most vendors here do not put on the pricing page

Skip it if

  • The free plan blocks PPTX and Figma export entirely; PDF and PNG are capped at 3 uses each and carry a MOVO watermark
  • The pricing page offers an annual billing tab, but the annual rate never renders — it stops at a loading state, so we could not read an annual price at all
  • The cheapest plan that exports PPTX is $19.99/mo, higher than Gamma, Pitch and Plus AI's entry plans

The thing to check before you buy

Two questions decide what a team actually pays here, and neither is what these pricing pages lead with.

Does the plan publish a seat count? Three of six do (Pitch, Beautiful.ai, Gamma). Three don’t, and for those you cannot budget without talking to sales — which is itself information about how the pricing will go.

Is export included at the tier you’re buying? A team that can only present from links is a different product than a team that can hand over files. On Pitch and Beautiful.ai, export isn’t included at the entry level. Our full roundup has the rest of what each tool suits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which AI presentation tool is best for teams?

It depends on whether you're paying. For a team that wants to collaborate without paying, Pitch is the only real option — its free plan covers up to five members where every other free plan here is single-seat. For a paying team, Beautiful.ai is the only tool that publishes an explicit seat count on its team tier, which makes it the only one you can budget for precisely.

Can multiple people use one AI presentation tool account?

That varies and the pricing pages are often vague about it. Pitch's free plan explicitly covers up to 5 members. Gamma prices per seat at every tier. Beautiful.ai's Team plan lists 2 seats. Plus AI describes Pro and Team as 'unlimited team members' without a number, and Decktopus doesn't publish seat counts at all — for those two, you'd need to ask sales before budgeting.

How much does an AI presentation tool cost for a team of five?

Three of the six tools let you calculate that from published information. Gamma at $9/mo per seat annually would be $45/mo for five. Beautiful.ai's Team plan is $40/mo per seat annually, so $200/mo for five. Pitch's Team plan is $15/mo per seat annually, so $75/mo — though its free plan already covers five members if you don't need PowerPoint export. Plus AI, Decktopus and MOVO AI don't publish enough to work it out.

Do any AI presentation tools offer a team discount?

None that we found reduce per-seat cost as the team grows. Gamma charges the same rate at every tier regardless of headcount. Beautiful.ai's Team plan is actually more expensive per seat than its individual Pro plan ($40 vs $14.50 annually), because it's bundling collaboration features rather than offering volume pricing.

What should teams check before buying an AI presentation tool?

Two things the marketing pages don't lead with. First, whether the plan publishes a seat count — if it doesn't, you can't budget or predict what happens when you add someone. Second, whether PowerPoint export is included at the tier you're buying, because on Pitch and Beautiful.ai it isn't included at the entry level, and a team that can't hand out files is a real constraint.

How We Keep This Updated

We re-check pricing and re-run the PPTX export test on every tool in this list. Every change is logged here. Our full procedure is on the methodology page, and if anything above is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will re-check it.

  • 2026-08-07 — Corrected two errors. The team-of-five FAQ said two tools publish enough to calculate a team price and then named three; three is correct (Pitch, Beautiful.ai, Gamma). Beautiful.ai's individual Pro rate still read $12/mo here, making the Team tier look like 'more than triple' the per-seat price; the correct annual rate is $14.50/mo, which makes it 2.8x. Also added MOVO AI, built by this site's operators, which publishes neither a seat count nor an annual rate.
  • 2026-08-05 — First published. Seat counts and plan prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on this date.
